How to switch from yearly to lifetime
You do not need to wait for the year to end. Buy lifetime in the Companion app with the same account, and the yearly plan then simply does not renew. Premium stays active on all your devices, because it belongs to the account rather than to a TV.
- Open the TiviMate Companion app on your Android phone and sign in with the account that holds the yearly plan.
- Choose the lifetime option and pay through Google Play.
- Open Google Play, then Subscriptions, and confirm the yearly plan shows as not renewing.
- On your TV, restart the app if it still shows the old plan.

Renewals, cancelling and refunds
The yearly plan renews automatically through Google Play billing. To stop it, open Google Play, go to Subscriptions, pick TiviMate and cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is paid once and never renews.
Refunds follow Google Play's rules: requests made within 48 hours of purchase are usually handled by Google, and after that you contact the developer. Check Google Play's current refund policy before relying on this, because Google sets it and can change it.

Why you see different prices online

If someone offers lifetime Premium for a fraction of $33.99, it is not the developer's product. Cheap lifetime codes are the most common trap in this area: the code stops working, the shared account is blocked, or the seller disappears. A genuine purchase always ends with you signing in to your own account.
- "Lifetime Premium for a few dollars" is not an offer from the developer.
- "Premium included with your IPTV" would mean the seller is giving away the developer's product.
- A discount code from a third party is the sign of a code seller.
- Payment by gift card only is how scam sellers avoid any recourse.
