How IPTV reseller credits work

The rule is simple: 1 credit equals 1 month of service. A line costs as many credits as the months it runs, so a 3-month line uses 3 credits and a 12-month line uses 12. Renewals work the same way: when a customer renews for 6 months, you spend 6 credits and the renewal goes live straight away. The table shows the credit cost of each single-device line at each pack rate.

A worked example: a 12-month line uses 12 credits, which is $15.96 at the Pro rate of $1.33. Lines for 2 or 3 devices are quoted on WhatsApp, so ask us before you price them; every example on this page uses single-device lines.

Because credits never expire, a pack is not a monthly commitment. An IPTV reseller who sells two 12-month lines in the first month and none in the next simply keeps the remaining balance for later.

What the reseller panel does

The panel is where an IPTV reseller runs the day-to-day business. You open it in a browser, and everything happens in a few clicks:

Pricing your customers

You decide what each customer pays and you collect the payment yourself, in whatever way suits you. To see what a price leaves you, take the credit cost of the line away from it. For a 12-month single-device line at the Pro rate, the credit cost is always $15.96.

That difference is not profit yet. Your own costs come out of it: payment fees, your time, any advertising and the help you give customers. For reference, our own 12-month, 1-device plan is $49.98, billed once. Many IPTV reseller accounts start near that level and offer a lower monthly price on longer lines, which brings in more cash upfront and means fewer renewals to manage.

Supporting your customers

Your customers are yours, and you are ours. When one of them has a problem, send us the device, the app and a photo of the screen, and we help you fix it, usually within the hour. A good fit if

• You need to sell 2- or 3-device lines at a fixed price today without asking us first.

If you are in the first group, start small. The Starter pack has 120 credits: enough for ten 12-month lines or forty 3-month lines, which is plenty to learn what your customers ask for and how they like to pay. Move to Business or Pro only once you know you can use the credits, and you get the lower IPTV reseller rate on every line from then on.
